As a professional in the Senior Industry I have seen many different residential centers. Cleanliness is always important, which Pinedale was very clean, but the staff is always the most important factor when deciding where to place a loved one. After meeting with Phillip and the head nurse you can tell that their passion is what brings them into work each day. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, but most importantly, very caring. I was installing Lifeline medical alert buttons for a couple of his residents and he was engaging with the residents the entire time and knew each person by name. Employee management starts at the top and trickles down, and you can tell that Phillip's passion trickles down to all levels in this center.
